Return & Exchange Policy

You are allow for refunds if

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days after providing the tracking number), you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item or defect item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • The item you received has serious manufacture defect. (minor loose seam, shape difference, minor colour difference are not valid for this claim)

You are not allow for refunds if

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, you did not collect the parcel within the requested time)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of xuesofficial.com (i.e. not cleared by any customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Notes:

1) You can return and refund or exchange with other item which is higher or equivalent price than the original purchase.

2) Refund or exchange requests MUST be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. The item MUST be returned to us in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached. Please provide a tracking number when returning the item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, re-shipping cost, and any taxes or fees incurred during delivery.

Please note that any requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

3) Buyer will not be compensated if the package is lost in transit or seized by any custom during return process.

 

Refunds Options

Full Refund – You are eligible for a full refund if you do not receive your item within 60 days or if you decide to return the item within 7 days of receiving it, with return shipping costs covered by you.

Partial Refund – If you prefer to keep the item instead of returning it, you can request a partial refund. This option is available if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective due to our error.

Steps to Return or Exchange item

(Full Name, Bank, Account Number, Order Number)

2) Pack Item

  • Wait for approval within 24 hours. 
  • Pack items in good condition. 

3) Post the parcel using any courier service are accepted.

Send us the tracking number

You will be notified once your parcel have been received and processed through email.
